How do I get an order form?


They will also be posted on the Manna bulletin board outside of the main office in the school

and can be found on our website at www.salemcs.org


Where do I turn in my order form?


Order forms should be turned into Evelyn in the front office anytime prior to the order due

date. Orders may also be sent via postal service to Salem Attn: Manna program ,provided

they arrive by the order due date. Any orders placed after the deadline cannot be filled until

the following month.


What forms of payment can I use?


We accept checks (payable to the Salem Christian School) as payment for Manna orders.


What is the ordering schedule/timeline for Manna?


In general, order forms are due the second Monday of each month. Filled orders are then

distributed on the Thursday following the order due date.


What if I want my grocery (or other) orders in larger denominations?


Some vendors do offer cards in larger denominations. These “Special Order” cards take from

1-3 weeks to arrive and are non-returnable. Please check the Manna Express website,

www.mannaexpress.net, to see which vendors participate. If you wish to place a special or-

der, please contact Evelyn or Mrs. DiIorio.


What if I can’t get in to pick up my order?


We offer a variety of alternative methods for delivering your order, and you may indicate

your preference on each month’s order form. Orders are available for pickup in the morning

at the main office and at the 3:15 pm dismissal time. Additionally, you may request to have

your order mailed to you.


Can someone else pick up my order for me?


Another person may pick up your order for you. However, because vendor cards are like

cash, we would require that you sign and file a waiver with us absolving us of responsibility

for the receipt of your cards, and indicate your preference on the Manna order form.


How long are my gift cards/certificates good for?


Most gift cards/certificates hold their full value for a year. However, we recommend check-

ing the “Vendor Guidelines” section of the Manna Website,www.mannaexpress.net, for a full

set of details.


Are there any restrictions on the use of my cards?


Different cards have different restrictions. Please see the “Vendor Guidelines” section of the

Manna website, www.mannaexpress.net, for details.


What should I do if there is a problem with my order?


Problems with filled orders must be brought to the attention of Evelyn and/or Mrs. DiIorio

within 48 hours of receiving your order. The administrators will do everything possible to

resolve problems quickly and fairly.


What should I do if I experience a problem using one of my Vendor Cards?


Should you experience a problem with one of your cards, you must retain the card and bring

it to the attention of the Evelyn and/or Mrs. DiIorio. In order to resolve such issues, the

identifying number from the back of the vendor card will be needed.


Where does the money go that is earned from Manna?


Monies earned via the Manna Express program will go to help fund PTF activities and func-

tions and used for operational costs. The more successful the program, the more ways in

which these monies can be used to benefit Salem!
