Manna Express Scrip Program
Salem Christian School has enrolled in the Manna Express Scrip program for the 2007-08 academic year. Please read this memo carefully and see how simple it is to help raise additional funds for our school.
The Manna Express Scrip program was established in 1989 to provide fundraising to non-profit organizations. This year-round fundraiser provides over 150 local and nationwide grocery, retail, restaurants, gas stations, and specialty gift cards/certificates (also known as Scrip) to our school at a discount. The program was designed to benefit schools, churches, and non-profit clubs/organizations at no extra cost to participating families.
Here is how it works:
♣Order forms will be distributed on a monthly basis with a deadline to be returned to the school office.
♣Payment is made directly to the school for the total dollar amount ordered.
♣The school will call/fax the final order to Manna Express with the total dollar amount needed for each vendor.
♣Order is immediately processed and shipped Fed-Ex standard overnight. The office will process the received orders to ensure accuracy and will deliver to the students on the following day.
Sound easy? This program is intended to be simple and practical. You spend the money on groceries, gas, gifts, etc. anyway so all you will need to do is purchase these cards for the amount you plan to spend and the school will profit. Think about it…have you ever purchased gift cards in the grocery store? Have you ever given a gift card as a gift to a friend, relative, or teacher? These are the same cards, however they earn money for our school! (Money needed to improve the facility, improve the quality of materials, raise teacher salaries, and fund additional trips for our students.)
